Description
The Kentucky State Fair Board is seeking a contractor to provide pest control services for the Kentucky Exposition Center and the Kentucky International Convention Center. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing general pest control services, including the treatment of mice, spiders, roaches, and other crawling insects. The contractor will also be required to provide fly management services, including the inspection and treatment of areas where flies may harbor or breed.
• The contract will require the contractor to provide services on a monthly basis, with the option for additional call-backs at no additional charge.
• The contractor will be required to provide labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all pesticide products applied.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the Kentucky State Fair Board, with price being the primary evaluation criterion.
