Military Free Fall Training Support Services

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is seeking a contractor to provide Military Free Fall (MFF) support services for Commander, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group TWO (COMEODGRU TWO). The contractor will be required to work closely with the designated Course Director (CD) and Contracting Officers Representative (COR) to provide an operation that includes fully qualified Accelerated Free Fall Instructors (AFFI), parachute riggers, contractor personnel who are capable of providing the required instructional support, parachute rigging / quality assurance inspection (QAI), and training services associated with the delivery of the course of instruction (COI). • The contractor must be able to provide MFF support services, including instructional support and parachute rigging/QAI. • The contractor must be able to work closely with the designated CD and COR. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
