RFQ 902691 Countywide Printing Services

The County of Alameda is seeking qualified contractors to provide printing services throughout the county. The contract will be for a term of three years, with the option to renew for an additional two years. The contractor will be responsible for providing high-quality printing services, including black and white photocopying, printing and spot-color copying, full-color digital printing, and reproduction of engineering drawings. The contractor must also provide emergency, after-hours, and weekend delivery services. The County is committed to promoting sustainable business practices and encourages contractors to obtain and maintain current certification through the Alameda County Green Business Program. • The contractor must be certified by the County as a small, local, and emerging business (SLEB) by the bid submission due date. • The contractor must have regularly and continuously engaged in the printing and copying services industry for customers of similar size and complexity as the County of Alameda for at least the past three years. • The contractor must possess all permits, licenses, and professional credentials necessary to supply products and perform services specified under this RFQ. • The contractor must provide high-quality printing services, including black and white photocopying, printing and spot-color copying, full-color digital printing, and reproduction of engineering drawings. • The contractor must provide emergency, after-hours, and weekend delivery services. • The contractor must comply with the County's Sustainability Program requirements, including using paper that is whitened without the use of elemental chlorine and recycling wastepaper from their operations.
