Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to award a sole source supply contract for the procurement of Steris Medivators Advantage Plus Automated Endoscope Reprocessor (AER) units, along with installation, accessories, consumables, and service agreements. The contract aims to support the operations of the Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) Department at Naval Medical Center San Diego in California and 374th Medical Group Yokota Air Base in Japan. The STERIS Advantage Plus system is the only AER compatible with the existing inventory of endoscopes, and its implementation will standardize processes and increase reprocessing efficiency.
• The contract includes the purchase of two Steris Medivators Advantage Plus Automated Endoscope Reprocessor (AER) units, Model ADV1007 and ADV1008.
