Description
Massport is seeking proposals to provide an Audit Management Software solution and related implementation services. The effort includes configuring a cloud‑based audit platform, migrating legacy data, training staff, and integrating the system with Microsoft 365 while meeting Fed‑RAMP security standards and single‑sign‑on capabilities. The contract is structured as a three‑year purchase order with two optional one‑year renewals, and no additional fees such as travel or taxes are permitted.
• Deliver a fully functional audit management system (risk assessment, scheduling, electronic workpapers, time‑tracking, reporting, corrective‑action monitoring).
• Provide implementation services: project management, system design, data migration, user training, testing, and post‑implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with Fed‑RAMP, MS 365 integration, SSO, and Massport’s cybersecurity and insurance requirements.
• Submit a complete “Proposal and Pricing Structure” attachment and meet all mandatory electronic‑signature and certification obligations.
