Description
The Richmond County School System is seeking a vendor to supply school safety uniforms and accessories for a two-year contract period. The contract will begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2028. The vendor will be required to provide a variety of uniform items, including shirts, pants, and jackets, as well as accessories such as badges and patches. The vendor must also provide custom sizes to fit individual officers and offer seamstress services to ensure the highest quality and standards. The successful vendor will be expected to deliver the uniforms within a timely manner, with a maximum delivery time of six weeks.
• The contract will be for two years, with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods.
• The vendor must provide a warranty for all items, with a minimum warranty period of one year.
• The vendor must also provide product liability insurance, with a minimum coverage amount to be specified.
• The Richmond County School System reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to negotiate with the successful vendor to reach a mutually agreeable contract.
