Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a qualified commercial operator to provide a 60‑day time charter of a clean, double‑hull tanker (minimum 270,000 bbl capacity) equipped with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks. The vessel will operate in the South China Sea and Western Pacific, with laydays beginning 29 September 2026 and ending 30 September 2026. The contract is unrestricted, allowing any responsible source to submit a proposal.
