The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking sole source services from Bolt Beranek and Newman (BBN) for undersea acoustic data collection, processing, and analysis during a scheduled Government Fleet Exercise. BBN's specific hardware is already engineered to interface seamlessly with the Government's undersea fiber optic cable architecture, and they are executing concurrent activities on behalf of the Government at the designated exercise location. The required services include data collection, processing, and analysis, as well as the delivery of various reports, such as calibration records, quick-look briefings, raw data packages, and data analysis reports.
• The services will be provided on a firm fixed price basis.
• The contractor will be required to deliver reports in .pdf format.
• The contractor will be required to submit reports within specific timeframes, such as within 10 days prior to equipment installation, within 7 days of post-exercise, within 14 days of post-exercise, and within 45 days of post-exercise.
• The distribution of the reports will be restricted to the DoD and DoD contractors only, due to export control laws.
