Description
The Cherokee Nation Housing Authority is seeking general contractors or qualified flooring installers to provide labor only for the removal of existing VCT tile, removal of adhesive and prep work to make ready for new LVP flooring. The project includes applying floor leveler, removing existing base trim, installing approximately 50,000 square feet of flooring and cove base installation in various locations within the 14 County Cherokee Reservation. The locations will be vacant low rent units that range from 600sf – 1200sf.
• The project requires labor only for the installation of new LVP and cove base trim.
• The locations will be provided once a vacant unit is ready for installation.
• Each unit will vary in layout.
• The project includes removal of existing VCT tile, removal of adhesive, and prep work to make ready for new LVP flooring.
