Construction, Engineering, and Inspection Services for Old Mission Road Safety Improvements (West Park Ave, to Josephine Street/10th Street)

The County of Volusia is seeking a qualified firm to provide construction, engineering, and inspection services for the Old Mission Road Safety Improvements project. The project involves widening the pavement to the west and transitioning back to the existing intersections to provide safer connection points. The proposed rural typical section includes two 11-foot travel lanes with 5-foot outside shoulders on both sides and a concrete sidewalk on the east side of Old Mission Road. The project also includes resurfacing and overbuild of the existing roadway pavement from West Park Avenue to south of Eslinger Road, which will be converted to a multi-use trail.
