Description
The City of Acworth is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional services for the citywide HVAC preventative, annual, and emergency maintenance. The selected firm will be responsible for managing the projected costs, defining project scopes, and estimating costs. The firm should demonstrate proficiency in HVAC repairs and maintenance. The city aims to continue scheduled maintenance and repairs on the current and future HVAC systems throughout the city. The scope of work includes providing all HVAC systems preventative, annual, and emergency maintenance required within all City of Acworth buildings and facilities.
• The firm should have experience working with government entities at the municipal, county, or state level.
• The firm should have previous experience with HVAC repairs and maintenance.
• The firm should be able to provide a detailed approach to managing the projected costs and defined budget for the project.
• The firm should be able to provide a detailed approach to compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes and coordination of inspections related to those codes.
