Description
The Department of State Hospitals (DSH) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a one‑year renewal of managed support services for two Canon graphic‑art printers. The contractor will be responsible for monthly maintenance, OEM toner provision, labor, and any over‑age usage fees, with optional adjustments for staples, rural, and remote service zones. The work will be performed primarily at the DSH‑Atascadero facility, with the possibility of service extensions to several additional DSH sites.
• Equipment: Canon IMAGEPRESS C810 (color) and Canon VARIOPRINT DP LINE 115 (B&W).
• Services: Monthly support contract covering toner, labor, over‑age charges, optional staples, and tax handling; no travel or per‑diem reimbursement.
• Administrative requirements: Complete RFQ package including cover sheet, cost table, CUF documentation, STD‑204 payee record, Bidder Declaration, DVBE declaration (if applicable), and GenAI reporting statement.
• Evaluation: Lowest net‑cost quotation after applying small‑business preference (5 %) and DVBE incentive (up to 5 %).
• Contract period: November 1 2026 through October 31 2027 (12 months) with possible one‑year extension.
