OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES

The City of Quincy is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide an Occupational Health Clinic for City of Quincy employees. The clinic will provide various medical services, including pre-employment medical evaluations, return to work exams, OSHA-based surveillance exams, and random testing program administration. The selected vendor will be required to provide unit prices for all goods and services and will be evaluated based on factors such as responsiveness, completeness, minimum general qualifications, price evaluation, customer service approach, and system design and operations. • The clinic will provide services for the Quincy Fire Department and Quincy Police Department, including exams, additional services, and other services. • The selected vendor will be required to have all necessary licenses and requirements according to federal, state, and local government regulations. • The vendor will be required to provide documentation to the City that it can continue to support all aspects of the project services in the event another company or subcontractor should go out of business or cease to do business with the vendor for any reason.
