Atlantic Hall Boiler Replacement-Structural Steel

State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) is soliciting proposals to provide and install all labor and materials as required to construct a new structural steel equipment platform on the existing low flat roof of the SUNY at Stony Brook, Southampton Campus, Library Building. This work will support the ongoing boiler replacement at Atlantic Hall (adjacent building). Work includes but is not limited to: new structural steel equipment platform; reinforcement of the existing roof structure (interior); incidental roofing work to install the new equipment platform; and rigging of new equipment. The contractor shall coordinate all of their work with ongoing work being completed by the University, as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook bid# 25/26-059MC and Exhibits.
