Safe Streets For All Plan and Grant Administration

The City of Hollister is seeking a qualified firm to develop a Safe Streets For All Plan and provide grant administration services. The selected firm will be responsible for performing a study of locations throughout the City for ADA compliance, pedestrian-bicycle-traffic conflicts, and developing an action plan to be adopted by City Council and submitted to the granting agency. The firm will also provide grant administration support, including quarterly reports, reimbursement requests, and other related duties. • The project includes developing a comprehensive list of projects and strategies to address safety problems in the Action Plan. • The firm will be required to hold at least two public meetings and coordinate with other government agencies. • The firm will be required to consider equity using inclusive and representation processes and identify underserved communities. • The firm will be required to prepare a plan that includes an assessment of current policies, plans, guidelines, and standards. • The firm will be required to prepare a description of how progress will be measured, including outcome data, current data vs. baseline data.
