The US Navy is soliciting quotations for the supply of abrasive grit bags. The bags must meet specific requirements, including being made of inorganic natural garnet with an 80 sieve size, having a minimum bag strength of 5:1 safety factor, and meeting certain design and material specifications. The quotations will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, delivery, and price. The vendor must agree to accept the award at the quoted price without modification to price, terms, or conditions.
