Description
The New Mexico Department of Transportation is seeking professional engineering consultants to provide on‑call general engineering services for District 4 on a task‑order basis over a four‑year contract. The work includes roadway, bridge, traffic, drainage, ITS, utility conflict analysis, construction‑phase support, 3‑D modeling, and related design and consulting services, delivered electronically and as hard‑copy reports. Compensation is task‑order lump‑sum with applicable Gross Receipts Tax, and the contractor must meet extensive insurance, OIG overhead‑rate eligibility, and health‑coverage requirements.
