Description
The California Science Center is seeking a contractor to provide troubleshooting support and maintenance for their Life Support Automation Control System, which is based on the Rockwell FactoryTalk platform. The contractor will be required to provide 24/7 support, perform remote virtual assistance, and provide on-site support when necessary. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew. The contractor must have experience with the Rockwell FactoryTalk platform and be able to provide technical assistance and system troubleshooting services.
• The contractor must be able to provide 24/7 support and respond to support requests within 1 hour.
• The contractor must be able to perform remote virtual assistance and on-site support when necessary.
• The contractor must have experience with the Rockwell FactoryTalk platform and be able to provide technical assistance and system troubleshooting services.
• The contractor must be able to provide a written notice to the California Science Center at least 30 calendar days prior to any changes in the contractor's current legal name.
• The contractor must maintain a Certificate of Insurance in compliance with the Insurance Requirements detailed in the contract.
