Description
The Municipality of Anchorage seeks a qualified vendor to provide SAP S/4HANA business support services, including functional and technical staff augmentation for Finance/Logistics (FILO), Human Capital Management (HCM), and development. The contract will be a three‑year fixed‑rate Master Services Agreement with up to three one‑year extensions, and rates must be US‑based, all‑inclusive. The award will be based on a weighted evaluation (20 pts cost, 80 pts technical/experience). Vendors must submit a signed proposal, complete a staff‑experience matrix, and provide cost scenarios for expert, senior, and junior resource levels.
• Required resources: 2 × Expert SAP HCM Functional Analysts (full‑time), 2 × Expert SAP FILO Application Analysts (full‑time or equivalent part‑time), 1 × Expert SAP Developer (50 % effort).
• All work performed remotely during Alaska business hours; no after‑hours or on‑site requirement.
• Mandatory deliverables include a signed proposal, cost scenario worksheet, staff experience matrix, and compliance with extensive insurance, nondiscrimination, and security requirements.
• The contract may be terminated for convenience with 10‑day notice or for cause with a 30‑day cure period, and all rates are fixed for the base term and any extensions.
