Oakland Unified School District is seeking a qualified consulting organization to act as a learning‑ and improvement‑partner for its Expanded Learning (after‑school, summer, intersession) programs. The contractor will provide strategic planning, facilitation, coaching, and capacity‑building services that strengthen adult learning, program coherence, and continuous improvement across sites and the central office. The work emphasizes equity‑centered, culturally responsive practice and must be delivered through a mix of in‑person, virtual, telephone, and written interactions. • Design and facilitate professional‑learning experiences for district staff, site coordinators, and partner agencies. • Provide coaching, data‑driven decision support, and continuous‑quality‑improvement guidance for expanded‑learning programs. • Deliver deliverables such as learning agendas, toolkits, summary reports, and any created code or documents (which become OUSD property). • Must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience with K‑12 expanded‑learning or similar education‑consulting projects and an equity‑centered approach. • Submit a detailed fee schedule; cost will be evaluated for reasonableness alongside technical merit.
