Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking an authorized Ford dealership to provide repair and replacement parts, plus associated labor, for Ford cars and trucks used at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The vendor must supply genuine Ford parts, perform all work through qualified Ford‑trained technicians, and handle pickup and delivery of parts without separate freight charges. The contract is capped at a $20,000 purchase‑order value and will be awarded to the lowest and best compliant bidder.
• Must be an authorized Ford dealer with technicians holding STST, FACT, and ASSET certifications.
• Provide both parts pickup and delivery; all shipping costs must be embedded in unit prices.
• Submit an electronic bid by June 4, 2026 3:00 PM, including required forms (Terms & Conditions, Northern Ireland affidavit, Wage‑Theft disclosure).
• No additional fees (delivery, mileage, environmental, etc.) are permitted unless pre‑approved and included in the unit price.
