Description
The City of Midland is seeking bids for the provision of annual water and wastewater chemicals for the period of 7/1/26 through 6/30/27. The bid should include prices for the chemicals, and the City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids. The contract will be awarded to the successful vendor when approved and accepted by the City. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing annual water and wastewater chemicals
• Submitting bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked as “BID 4659 – ANNUAL WATER & WATER RECLAMATION TREATMENT CHEMICALS”
• Complying with the attached specifications and standard instructions
• Directing technical questions to Robert Verbeek, Operations Supervisor
• Submitting bids by 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 19, 2026
