Description
The US Air Force is soliciting a sole-source contract for facility maintenance services at the Synergy Innovation Project facility in Warner Robins, Georgia. The contract will be awarded to Chenega Systems, LLC, and will have a basic period of 12 months with four option periods. The contractor will be required to provide all supervision, management, labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to perform facility maintenance services. Key services include general maintenance support, grounds maintenance, and pest management.

• The contractor will be required to deliver a predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance program to ensure facility reliability and avoid downtime.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the contractor will be required to provide pricing information and supporting documentation.
