Highway 182 Water Main Extension

The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners, in partnership with aDoor Development, is seeking a qualified subcontractor to execute the Highway 182 Water Main Extension for the Chumuckla Water System. The project is funded by a $1 million grant from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) on a reimbursement basis, with aDoor Development acting as the prime contractor and responsible for all design, management, and compliance. The subcontractor will be tasked with the physical construction of the water main extension, coordinating with aDoor Development and the County’s shoulder‑widening contractor, and ensuring all work meets the approved construction plans and grant requirements.
