Carson City Juvenile Detention & Probation Center – Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services

The City of Carson City is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Juvenile Detention & Probation Center. The CMAR will provide pre-construction services, construction management personnel, and construction services. The proposal should include a fixed fee for pre-construction services, a monthly fee for construction management personnel, and a CMAR fee expressed as a percentage of the total construction costs.
