Continuing Medical Education Support - Request for Information

Pinellas County Safety & Emergency Services (SES) is seeking information from qualified organizations regarding their ability to provide components of ongoing Continuing Medical Education (CME) for EMS clinicians. The County intends to maintain in-house delivery of Academy-based training and specialized in-service sessions, but is exploring opportunities to contract certain portions of standard medical education to an external provider. Key aspects of the job include: • Content development: creation of CME modules covering standard EMS medical topics • Content delivery: online, hybrid, or in-person delivery models, including LMS integration • Quality assurance: ongoing review, evaluation, and improvement of CME offerings • Credentialing: issuance and tracking of CME credits, certificates, and compliance records • Customization: adapting materials to meet local protocol requirements and operational needs
