The University seeks a qualified vendor to design, source, qualify, and manage a continuous pipeline of live MBA consulting projects for its capstone course (MGT 5313). The vendor will create a repeatable process for matching real‑world business sponsors with student teams, maintain a pool of qualified projects (plus a 10 % contingency) ahead of each academic term, and act as the liaison throughout the 7.2‑week consulting engagements. • Develop and maintain a sourcing methodology, qualification criteria, and project‑selection dashboard for 8‑15 projects per term (≈50‑75 projects annually). • Provide project briefs, data access, confidentiality agreements, and status reporting to both sponsors and university faculty. • Ensure each student team delivers a strategic analysis within a 7.2‑week timeframe, yielding actionable insights for the sponsoring business. • Manage timelines so projects are qualified at least 30 days before term start dates (May 1, August 1, September 1, December 1, February 1 for respective semesters). • Support Texas State’s experiential‑learning goals while complying with all university procurement policies, including non‑collusion, anti‑bribery, and VETHUB considerations.
