Description
The Metropolitan Council seeks a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive suite of training sessions and one‑on‑one business‑consultation services to its Underutilized Business (MCUB) participants. The goal is to strengthen these businesses’ ability to compete for Council contracts through skill‑building across a range of business‑development topics.
• Provide classroom‑style and virtual trainings covering government contracting, bid preparation, strategic planning, business‑plan development, project and construction management, marketing, and cash‑flow management.
• Conduct individualized consulting sessions tailored to each MCUB’s specific challenges and growth objectives.
• Serve a four‑year contract term, supporting a broad portfolio of MCUBs throughout the Twin Cities region, with performance measured by increased MCUB participation in Council procurements.
