RFP_HR_Learning and Development Services (BEIAR)

The City of Minneapolis is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide comprehensive learning‑and‑development services that advance Belonging, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti‑racism (BEIAR) across up to ten city departments, reaching roughly 2,500 employees. The contractor will conduct needs assessments, design and deliver multi‑modal training (in‑person, virtual, and asynchronous), develop measurement strategies, manage the project, and supply final reporting packages.
