The City of Hayward is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to provide land value and ground lease appraisals for city-owned properties located near City Center Drive and Foothill Blvd. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing an independent, well-supported appraisal of the ground lease value and land value of the properties, including a review of existing and proposed land use controls, easements, and site plans. The consultant will also prepare a draft and final appraisal report, and will work closely with city staff throughout the process. Key considerations for the proposal include the consultant's experience with similar projects, their approach to key project success factors, and their qualifications and labor costs.

• The properties include a 2.13-acre former Centennial Hall site, a 1.39-acre former City Hall site, and a 2.27-acre parking structure site.
• The consultant will be responsible for providing an independent, well-supported appraisal of the ground lease value and land value of the properties.
• The consultant will prepare a draft and final appraisal report, and will work closely with city staff throughout the process.
• The City of Hayward reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities when such waiver is determined to be in the City's best interest.
