Demolition, Remediation and Restoration

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to perform demolition, remediation, and restoration activities at a Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range (VOR) facility in Clovis, California. The contractor will be responsible for removing environmental hazards, demolishing or removing certain onsite structures and infrastructure, and restoring disturbed areas. The contractor must conduct all work in accordance with Federal, State, and local requirements. The project involves the preparation and submission of a draft and final Demolition, Removal, and Restoration work plan. • The contractor shall verify all required state and local permits. • The contractor shall remove gravel and store it in one or more locations onsite. • The contractor shall determine the location of stockpiles during site activities. • The contractor shall meet at the site each day, and there is no need to check in off-site prior to accessing the demo site.
