Tower Lighting, Monitoring & FAA Compliance Svcs Addendum

The Webb County is seeking a qualified firm to provide remote monitoring, outage detection, reporting, and regulatory compliance management for tower lighting systems located on County-owned communication towers. The selected firm will be responsible for maintaining continuous compliance with Federal Aviation Administration requirements, ensuring timely detection and reporting of lighting outages, and establishing a reliable monitoring and compliance management program. The contract will be for a term of five years, and the County intends to award the contract to the proposer whose submission is determined to provide the best value. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing comprehensive monitoring and compliance services • Integrating with existing County tower lighting systems and controllers • Detecting and logging lighting failures, power interruptions, and controller/system malfunctions • Performing required outage reporting to the Federal Aviation Administration • Maintaining complete, audit-ready records • Providing training for County personnel and ongoing user support
