Description
The City of Columbus Recreation and Parks Department is seeking a licensed provider to deliver non‑medical home health‑care services throughout the city. Services include personal‑care assistance (dressing, toileting, mobility, hygiene), feeding assistance, lunch supervision for children during summer camp, and any additional non‑clinical support the City may request. Vendors must submit unit‑cost pricing for straight‑time labor, overtime labor, mileage/trip charges, and any other miscellaneous fees. The contract will be structured as an Indefinite Quantity Agreement with individual purchase orders issued as needed, all of which must be funded no later than 3/31/2027. Vendors must provide an Ohio Department of Health license, workers’ compensation and general liability insurance, proof of Ohio Secretary of State registration (or exemption), and must meet a $21.33/hr responsible‑wage floor and provide an adequate health‑benefit plan.
