Description
The City of Columbus, Division of Water is seeking a vendor to provide annual service and preventative maintenance for their SEAL Analytical AutoAnalyzer 3 system. The system includes an XYZ Sampler, Pump IV, and Digital Colorimeter. The vendor must be an authorized representative of SEAL Analytical, Inc. and provide services such as one preventative maintenance visit, one emergency on-site visit, free AACE software upgrades, technical support, and updated method revisions. The coverage period is from 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2027. The system is located at the Water Quality Assurance Laboratory.
• The vendor must provide one preventative maintenance visit annually, including travel expenses, labor, and standard PM parts.
• The vendor must provide one 1-day emergency on-site visit annually, if needed, including travel expenses and labor.
• The vendor must provide free AACE software upgrades.
• The vendor must provide technical email and phone support.
• The vendor must provide updated method revisions free of charge.
• The contract excludes PC, monitor, and printer.
