The West Virginia Parkways Authority is soliciting a single 10,000 lb capacity forklift equipped with an LPG engine, advanced safety features, and comprehensive training and warranty support. The vendor must deliver the forklift to Beckley, WV, within 120 calendar days of contract execution, provide on‑site start‑up assistance, and submit a two‑part sealed‑envelope proposal (technical and cost) by the stated deadline.
