Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is issuing an RFQ to establish two statewide, on‑call Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for engineering and inspection support of cable‑stayed bridges and tunnels. Qualified firms will submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) by September 28, 2026. Selected consultants will be placed on a call‑out list for up to five years, providing bridge and tunnel inspections, maintenance recommendations, specialized engineering studies, construction inspection, and related professional services on an as‑needed basis. Contracts range from $25,000 to $5,000,000 each, with a minimum performance period of five years.
• Scope includes NBIS/NTIS inspections, emergency repairs, detailed structural studies, load rating, proof‑load testing, and QA/QC.
• Two separate IDIQ contracts: (1) Complex Structures Engineering Services; (2) Engineering & Inspection Support Services.
