CUSTODIAL SERVICES - COUNTY OF LANCASTER, PA

The County of Lancaster is seeking a vendor to provide custodial services for various municipal buildings and facilities. The base contract will be for a period of one year with an option to extend the contract for four one-year options. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, supplies, and services required to provide custodial services at seven County office facilities. Some key responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas, as well as providing trash removal and recycling services.
