Minnesota Veterans Homes COVID Testing ServicesRFP

The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to coordinate and deliver comprehensive COVID-19 testing and vaccination services for facility staff at all eight Minnesota Veterans Homes. The selected vendor will provide services to all eight homes and have an established testing program that includes all components from ordering provider, swabbing team, lab services, and communication of results. The scope of work includes program coordination and scheduling, COVID-19 testing services, reporting and documentation, supervision, insurance, and compliance with quality assurance protocols. • The vendor will provide a licensed physician to order tests and provide oversight of the process. • The vendor will train and competency test nurse proctors to observe and record test results. • The vendor will provide a secure online platform for test registration and result communication. • The vendor will provide monthly summaries of test results and positivity rates. • The vendor will maintain accurate and secure records in accordance with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
