Development Services for Telephone Hill Site Developer

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a consultant to provide development services for the Telephone Hill Site Developer selection project. The consultant will assist in developing the technical components of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and support the solicitation of housing developers. The scope of services includes drafting the RFQ document, providing responses to technical questions, attending a pre-submittal meeting, and performing an independent review and evaluation of submitted RFQ responses. The project is expected to be completed by August 10, 2026.
