Description
The Minneapolis VA Health Care System is conducting market research to find businesses that can provide a TV channel with calming programming that combines nature imagery with instrumental music to create a therapeutic environment for patients. The services required include installation and access to the TV channel, annual content updates, start-up formatting/encoding, broadcasting equipment, modulator/encoder, uninterruptable power supply, professional installation, and insured shipping and handling. The contract period is expected to begin on June 1, 2026, and end on May 31, 2027. The contractor must provide support for the equipment and perform all work by authorized technicians.
