Request for Proposals (RFP) - Youth Courts/Community Panels (Mat-Su)

The State of Alaska, through the Department of Family and Community Services’ Division of Juvenile Justice, is seeking qualified applicants to deliver services for the Youth Courts/Community Panels program in the Matanuska‑Susitna (Mat‑Su) region. The program is designed to provide community‑based adjudication and support for youth offenders, emphasizing restorative justice, mentorship, and diversion from formal court processes.
