The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting offers for approximately 1,649 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space in Terre Haute, IN, to be used as an Armed Forces Career Center. The lease will be a 5‑year term with a termination clause allowing the Government to end the agreement with 90‑day notice after a specified month. The lessor must provide a secondary egress, parking for five government vehicles, additional public parking, janitorial services, signage, and must meet extensive construction, security, and compliance specifications. Eligibility requires an active SAM registration (CAGE/UEI) prior to the final offer submission.
