Description
The City of Portland is seeking proposals for on-call structural engineering services. The City anticipates that over the next three years, certain Capital Improvement Projects may require structural engineering services related to playgrounds, bridges, buildings, restrooms, pools, landslide repairs, public works, and other park facilities. The successful Proposer will provide consulting services and/or undertake fixed/term projects. The services requested under these price agreements will be small to medium in scope, with projects ranging from a few hundred dollars up to $150,000.00, subject to specific needs and budget availability in any given year.
• The City intends to award five price agreements in the service category of Structural Engineering Services.
• The maximum price agreement amount for the three-year period is $500,000.00.
• Proposers must receive scores that place them in the top scoring for the specific service category to receive a price agreement.
• The City may award multiple price agreements, and the number of price agreements awarded shall be at the sole discretion of the City.
