The VA VHA is conducting a market‑research Sources‑Sought effort to identify vendors capable of providing the LOGICARE Patient Instructions software (version 8.21) and associated licensing for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado. The effort seeks information on technical capability, licensing availability, pricing models, and compliance with VA security, Buy‑American, and small‑business subcontracting requirements. • Deliverable: LOGICARE patient‑discharge instructions software, license, server hardware, installation, training, and ongoing support (2‑hour response, 24 × 7 critical‑defect coverage).
