Purchase of One New Rubber Tire Backhoe

The Water and Light Commission of the City of Kosciusko, Mississippi, is seeking to purchase one new rubber tire backhoe. The commission will receive electronic bids via reverse auction, and unpriced bid proposals will be accepted until May 18, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. The final bidding will be held by electronic reverse auction on May 21, 2026, beginning at 10:00 A.M. CST. The award will be made to the lowest, best, and most responsive and responsible bidder. The scope of work includes the purchase of one new rubber tire backhoe. • The backhoe should be new and have a rubber tire. • The commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The award will be made at the next scheduled board meeting or special called board meeting of the Water and Light Commission of the City of Kosciusko, Mississippi. • The bidding process will be conducted through an electronic reverse auction. • The commission is acting under the authority of Section 31-7-13, Miss. Code of 1972 Amended.
