Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source – Imaris License Renewal

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) intends to award a sole-source contract to Andor Technology, Inc. for the renewal of annual subscriptions and licenses for Imaris software products. The contract will consist of a one-year base period from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. The contractor shall provide renewal of existing software licenses, maintenance, and technical support for the products identified in the statement of work. The renewal shall include continued software usage rights, vendor-provided maintenance, security patches and updates, technical support, and access to software upgrades/releases. • The contract is for the renewal of Imaris software licenses and maintenance services. • The contractor shall provide technical support and maintenance services. • The contract period is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. • The contract is a firm-fixed-price contract. • The contract is being awarded under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source.
