Description
The Air Force is procuring three (3) Kubota RTV‑X CAB utility vehicles (or equivalent) with an optional follow‑on purchase of up to eight (8) additional units. The contract is set‑aside for small‑business vendors and is issued as a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ. Delivery of the initial three vehicles must occur within 30 calendar days after award, with the optional batch due within 120 days of award and exercisable within six months. All deliveries are to Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and must use Gate 33 for entry. The solicitation includes extensive FAR/DFARS clauses covering small‑business, labor, DEI, and cybersecurity requirements, and requires vendors to be registered in SAM and have WAWF access.
