NHP Offsite Sterilization Service

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is seeking information from potential contractors to provide offsite sterilization services for Naval Hospital Pensacola (NHP). The contractor will be responsible for transporting surgical trays to and from their facility, where they will be sterilized and processed according to strict quality standards. The contractor must have the capability to provide sterile processing services, including tracking, cleaning, decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of medical surgical instrumentation trays and peel packs. The contractor must also have a system for tracking and managing inventory, as well as providing quality control reports and infection control reports. Some key aspects of the job include: * Providing offsite sterilization services for NHP * Transporting surgical trays to and from the contractor's facility * Sterilizing and processing trays according to strict quality standards * Tracking and managing inventory * Providing quality control reports and infection control reports * Coordinating with NHP personnel to ensure smooth delivery and pickup of trays * Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including ANSI/AAMI standards
