Description
The Military Sealift Command is seeking a contractor to provide diving services for hull cleaning, hull inspection, incidental repairs, cofferdam services, and other related ship husbandry on the underwater portion of MSC Government Owned, Government Operated (GOGO) Vessels. The services will be performed worldwide. The contract will be an IDIQ contract, and the contractor will be required to provide firm-fixed prices for various tasks. The contractor will also be required to have certain certifications and qualifications, such as ABS Recognized External Specialist for In-Water Surveys certification. The contractor will be responsible for identifying and including in their task order quotes any additional costs, such as environmental restrictions, discharge permits, and waste disposal requirements.
