Water Service Replacements-El Camino

The City of Boulder City is seeking bids for the replacement of 30 water services on El Camino Way. The project includes removal of existing 3/4” water services, relocation of existing service lines, connection to existing or relocated corporation stop at the main, and installation of new copper water services. The project also includes installation or replacement of water meters, meter boxes, and Encoder Receiver Transmitter modules. The contractor will be required to provide traffic control and maintenance of traffic during the project. • The project requires the contractor to have a valid Nevada license and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws. • The contractor must provide proof of payment of sales and use taxes or motor vehicle privilege tax. • The contractor must maintain accurate records of payroll and provide them for inspection. • The contractor must comply with all requirements of the Uniform Design and Construction Standards for Water Distribution Systems. • The contractor must provide daily reports and documentation of the project. • The contractor must provide a one-year warranty for the scope of work performed.
